About Us

Founded in May 2005 by Lynn Pierotti as Lucky Dog Publishing, MyLo News initially served the Charleston Lowcountry, including Sullivan’s Island, the Isle of Palms, and Goat Island. Expanding to cover Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island, our mission has been steadfast: to deliver independent, balanced local news, capturing the essence of our community's unique blend of news, politics, arts, music, and events.

Today, MyLo News carries out owner Rom Reddy's vision to stand as a dynamic print and digital hub, offering trending stories, marketing solutions, exclusive local deals, and event updates. Subscribers become MyLo Insiders, enjoying firsthand news and information about their community.

In our digital portfolio is Holy City Sinner, led by Christian Senger, a decade-strong news site delivering the latest in Charleston. This go-to source keeps residents informed through the Holy City Sinner website, newsletters and weekly podcasts.
